In April, Guy and his 8yo son received an eviction notice that threatened to make them homeless. But with ACORN’s help it was delayed long enough for them to find a decent new home.

Guy said “ACORN gave me essential support at an essential time.”

Through organising with ACORN Cardiff, Guy and his son were able to do something they couldn’t have done alone.

“Eviction is life-destroying when you’ve got a young son. ACORN’s support was invaluable to me, getting me the time I needed to find a new place.”
