Naše snaha o vybudování naší organizace míní vést k splnění těchto našich předsevzetí a to hlavně v oblasti, kde vidíme základní nedostatky v poskytování sociální pomoci potřebným.

A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. se chce snažit působit i morálně. Můžeme se vyjádřit i k politické situaci. ACORN – C.C. se nechce stát politickou stranou, A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. chce být nevládní společností, přesto chce mít ideo politický vliv a stejně tak i filosoficko morální. A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. chce ve své činnosti vytvořit základní komunitu -organizaci pro nízko a středně-příjmové skupiny lidí, chceme těmto lidem nabídnout kamarádský duch vztahu, ve kterém se budeme snažit vyvýšit jejich přednosti a nabídnout široké společnosti jejich uplatnění. Chceme vycházet z daných potřeb lidí, podle toho co nutného se jim nedostává, rozmlouvat s nimi o tom a hledat východiska. Chceme pomoci i lidem, kteří se nevyznají v zákonných možnostech a často se stává, že si sami nepožádají o nějaký nárok, který dle zákona mají. A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. bude budována jako společenská organizace, která se hodlá usilovat o sociální a ekonomickou spravedlnost a to prostřednictvím přímé akce (navržení možné reformy, společenské debaty, hledání východisek, nabídkou spolupráce, organizováním, nebo navržením a prosazením reformy), vyjednávání, prosazováním a nebo spoluprací s politiky. Naše organizace by se měla právě zaobírat společenskými východisky. Máme zájem o spolupráci se studenty, o spolupráci s inteligencí, ale také zájem o spolupráci s mladými lidmi obecně. Není nám ani cizí zahraniční politika státu a její dopady, chceme pomoci různým kampaním pro solidaritu, mezinárodní pochopení a sociální soucit mezi v mezích a normách platných pro naše sdružení! Máme zájem i o spolupráci s podnikateli.. Sídlo: Jahodová 42/2889 Praha 10 -Záběhlice , 106 00 Členství ve sdružení: Členem sdružení může být každý občan, který v době vstupu do sdružení dosáhl 15. narozenin, případně i občan jiného státu Evropské unie, pokud má platné povolení k trvalému pobytu na území ČR, pokud ne, může být čestným členem. Pokud zákon České republiky věkem nebo rozhodnutím soudů omezuje osobní výkon činnosti (např.výkon hmotné odpovědnosti) sdružení příslušným způsobem omezuje vykonávání takové činnosti či funkce uvnitř sdružení. Není dovoleno na území působnosti vytvářet hlasováním nebo členským složením majority proti ženám nebo proti členům mladších 27 let. Rozhodnutí nereprezentativní majority proti menšině podléhá opravným prostředkům podle těchto stanov. Orgány A.C.O.R.N. – C.C..: Nejvyšším orgánem je celostátní shromáždění kamarádů. Je tvořeno všemi členy A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. Celostátní shromáždění kamarádů zejména: – volí členy presidia A.C.O.R.N. – C.C, navrhuje druh a způsob činnosti celého sdružení. – celostátní shromáždění kamarádů se shází tak často, jak aktuálně požaduje shromáždění kamarádů většiny ZO. Jednou do roka se koná řádné výroční shromáždění. – sjezd ; je možné svolat i mimořádný sjezd, požádá –li o to většina základních organizací. . Statutární a výkonný orgán A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. : presidium je složeno z vicepresidentů a jednoho presidenta; za presidium jedná jménem A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. každý člen presidia samostatně. Členové presidia jsou voleni na dobu, kterou celostátní shromáždění kamarádů předem určí. Presidium může jmenovat tajemníka nebo několik tajemníků. V případě, že je jmenováno více tajemníků, může být určen generální tajemník. Presidium může navrhovat změny stanov a navrhovat kandidáty na vedoucí pro operativní činnost mohou navrhovat i samotné workshopy a shopy. O přijetí návrhů presidia rozhoduje většina členů celostátního shromáždění kamarádů. K zajištění shody jednání si presidium sestavuje jednací řád na základě rozhodnutí celostátního shromáždění kamarádů, které ho buď schválí, nebo potvrdí jednací řád presidia platný pro předchozí období. V případě, že by nastala zvláštní , či krizová situace dlouhodoběji bez vedení, může určit celostátní shromáždění kamarádů (většiny ZO) dočasné zástupce. Organizační struktura A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. Sdružení může svobodně vytvářet základní, okresní a krajské organizace. V základní organizaci rozhoduje sborové shromáždění kamarádů. Okresní organizace ustanovují výborové shromáždění kamarádů. Krajské organizace ustanovují sněmovní shromáždění kamarádů. V každé základní organizaci sborové shromáždění kamarádů určuje směry její činnosti. Základní organizace rozhodují o způsobu práce okresních shromáždění kamarádů a přípravě společných workshopů a shopů většinovým systémem. Základní organizace budu komunikovat hlavně prostřednictvím internetu. V každé základní organizaci rozhoduje samostatně shromáždění kamarádů dané organizace. Protože každá z místních organizací A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. může mít jiné podmínky a jiné potřeby a v každé se mohou chtít členové věnovat něčemu jinému a také jejich vedoucí pro operativní činnost v základních organizacích a navrhovaní vedoucí do okresních organizací a krajů také mohou mít jiné podmínky a čas na vykonávání této práce, smí si každá organizace určit tyto platnosti dle daných potřeb, například když volí zástupce do vyššího orgánu, nebo se rozhoduje čemu se bude v následujícím období věnovat, neboli se na tom můžou dohodnout. Základní organizace mají svobodu o tomto sami rozhodovat. Pakliže shromáždění kamarádů v dané organizaci neurčí jinak*, tak při účasti 30 členů rozhoduje 60 % většina. Při vyšším počtu členů se na každých 100 členů potřebná většina sníží o 1 % (tj. 101= 59 %, 201=58 % atd.). Za okresní, krajské a shromáždění rozhodují zvolení zástupci a to pouze se zvoleným hlasem ze základních organizací. Základní organizace volí svou většinou úkoly pro výkonné orgány podle potřeby pro vyšší orgány v okresním shromáždění kamarádů a to prostřednictvím svých zástupců. Stejně se volí úkoly pro krajské shromáždění kamarádů a pro shromáždění kamarádů . Okresní a krajská shromáždění kamarádů se konají tak často, jak většina ZO v jejich oblasti rozhodne většinovým hlasováním všech ZO v jejich oblasti. O přípravě workshopu, shopu každé základní organizace rozhodují členové na shromáždění kamarádů, A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. pak pracuje dle většinového systému všech ZO. Vedoucí pro operativní činnost vybírá shromáždění kamarádů, opět se rozhoduje většinovým systémem. Vedoucí mohou být navrhováni do téže funkce několikrát za sebou podle rozhodnutí shromáždění kamarádů i osobně a osobitně (například každý z nich jinak a na jinou dobu a je to proto, že každá organizace A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. může být v jiných podmínkách a vybraní vedoucí mohou mít jinak čas a podobně). Počet vedoucích závisí na shromáždění kamarádů, které o tom rozhoduje většinovým systémem.. *(shromáždění kamarádů může určit jinak proto, že například může upřednostnit zasloužené členy, či aktivnější dle aktuální potřeby, proto musejí být pravidla v této věci elastická a použitelná za každé podmínky) Zásady hospodaření: A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. vybírá ke své činnosti členské příspěvky ve výši 60,-; 120,-; 250,-; 500,- Kč nebo jejich násobků dle aktuálních potřeb hospodaření, které si určuje shromáždění kamarádů základní organizace samo a rozhodovat o tom musí všichni členové ZO. Příspěvky se v A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. vybírají pouze s rozumem a dbáme na to, aby je členové dávali z vlastní vůle v touze po společném cílu a v mezích jejich vlastních finančních možností! Pro studenty nebo důchodce může shromáždění kamarádů stanovit výběr příspěvků v poloviční výší členského příspěvku bez omezení užití jejich práv v A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. na polovinu. Nezaměstnaní členové mohou být od placení členských příspěvků osvobozeni. Není také ani dovoleno vybírat od jednotlivců pod životní minimum dle jejich pravidelného příjmu. A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. může získávat ze své aktivity prostředky od sponzorů a státních dotací. Pro svou činnost zřizuje A.C.O.R.N. – C.C jeden finanční účet a může i zřídit pro jednotlivé organizační jednotky další účty, dle aktuální potřeby a dohody. Zaplacený členský příspěvek je započítán dnem připsání příspěvku na účet sdružení. Zdrojem příjmů mohou být též dary a dotace. Transparentnost: A.C.O.R.N. – C.C. vytváří transparentní podmínky hospodaření tak, aby každý člen mohl sledovat, bez vážných překážek, své příspěvky na účtu, případně i kontrolovat osobně společné výdaje sdružení na účtu. Opravné prostředky: Považuje-li člen A.C.O.R.N. – C.C., s řádně připsanými členskými příspěvky, rozhodnutí některého z jeho orgánů za nezákonné nebo odporující stanovám, může do 30 dnů ode dne, kdy se o něm dozvěděl, nejpozději však do 6 měsíců od rozhodnutí požádat svého vedoucího pro operativní činnost a nebo příslušné územní vedoucí o jeho přezkoumání. Pokud se jedná o řešení s možností konfliktu zájmů, může na shromáždění kamarádů může vznést námitku, nebo se člen obrátit na vyšší orgán, jako je okresní nebo krajské shromáždění kamarádů, nebo shromáždění kamarádů presidia.
